In high school I had a high GPA 3.87, and I took a lot of AP Literature courses I wanted to be a Journalism or English Major but my parents wouldn’t have it as they were paying for my tuition out of their pockets they forced me into pre-med and my grades suffered I had a 2.7 in college as a result, they didn’t understand my passion and constantly ignored my request to switch majors under the threat of pulling funding for my tuition and being forced to drop out. At the time of my high school career I had 4’s on all my AP English Exams and even a 5 on my AP world history exam. I had about a 2050 on my SAT and I was top 15 in my high school class. Now I’m considering taking up classes at a California community college possibly Irvine Valley or Santa Monica, in a related field like Journalism or Media Studies, and hopefully shoot for at least a 3.75 gpa would that be sufficient to transfer into USC for a second bachelors?
