Can I get into Auburn University?

Ok, so here's the deal. I am out-of state. I have not taken the SAT/ACT yet. I have not taken any AP/Honors classes yet either. I am planning to next year though. Also I am planning on joining more clubs and doing more extracurricular activities.

I am a 2nd semester sophomore in high school
I am also in TAG (Talented-And-Gifted) which is where students miss 1 period each week to do a seminar. (For smart people, haha) (Students in Honors/AP classes are in TAG as well)
My GPA is 3.3

Sports:
Track & Field - 2 years (ongoing)
Football - 1 year

Clubs/Organizations:
Beta Club - 1 year (ongoing)
Kappa League - 2 years (ongoing)
Working on my Eagle Scout
Video Club - 2 years (ongoing)

In school, I take Spanish as a foreign language. I am Level 3 and I am only a 2nd semester sophomore

So with my accomplishments so far, will I be able to get into Auburn University?
Also can you tell me some things that I can start doing to get me more on track to get accepted?

Thanks!

You need to raise your gpa, show some leadership skills in some activity that you like (though you still have time), and take some honors/AP classes. Also, try for at least a 1570 SAT total. If you do more than this then you should definitely consider other colleges in addition with Auburn (which you will most likely be accepted). But right now, I’d say that you are on the right track.
