Can I get into Cal Poly Pomona?

I’m an international student applying for undergrad at Cal Poly Pomona. My major is electrical engineering and I heard that it’s one of the hardest majors to get into because it’s pretty impacted. My SAT scores are 680 on math, 540 cr, and 620 writing. My GPA is 4.0 but I haven’t taken any AP courses. Am I on the safe side? If you have been admitted, what were your scores? Thank you
