Can I get into Stanford with only 4s on my AP Scores?

I am a rising senior for next year and I was wondering if it was possible for me to get into the ivy league or Stanford with 4s on all of my AP scores. Will admission officers look down on this and will it negatively impact my application?

Not your question: but why do you want to go to these specific colleges? Beyond the fancy name? What makes them a good fit for you, and you a good fit for them?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t believe it’s mandatory to send AP scores to colleges at the time of application.

It is not. No need to provide scores although for most students, a 4 is considered a good result and demonstrates mastery of their material.

@hello_admissions

If this is a huge concern…don’t send these colleges your AP scores.

But frankly, if you don’t get accepted at the Ivies or Stanford, you will never know why…just like the other 95% or so who are rejected every year.

4’s o the AP won’t be the reason you do or don’t get into Stanford. But it’s kind of like asking if you can be POTUS if you had a traffic ticket – it’s such a minor factor in the face of the larger overwhelming odds.
