Can I Get into these schools?

Hi everyone, I was wondering what colleges I should be looking at. My dream college is to go to Cornell or UPenn but I do not know if my grades make the cut as those are two prestigious colleges. My cumulative GPA through junior year is a 4.27 and I don’t know what the scale is. All I know is 4.6 is A for honors, 4.9 is A+ for honors, 5.0 is A for AP. Here are the classes I took/take and their grades:

Freshman:
Honors English: B/B+
Honors Bio: A-/A
Honors Geometry: A
Honors Spanish: A/A+
Honors World History: A-

Sophomore:
Honors Chem: A
Honors US History: A
Honors English: B+
Honors Spanish: A
Honors Algebra II: A-/A

Junior:
CP English: A+
AP Bio: B+/A- (D on midterm though…)
AP Stats: B/B+
Honors Precalculus: B+/A-
AP US History: B+/A-
Honors Spanish: A/A+
AP Chinese: (take out of school)

Senior: (what I plan to take)
AP Econ.
AP Psych.
AP Physics
AP Calc.
AP/CP Literature (TBD)

I am taking March SAT and three subject SATs: biology, history and math level 2. I also have 4 AP tests in May and hope to get 4+ on all of them. I am not planning on taking the ACT. Resume wise, I do two sports, play an instrument in a regional orchestra, do religious activities, attended summer camps, a bit of community service. I think my class rank is borderline top 10, but I am surefire top 3 for boys. I have no idea what colleges are in my range, but I would want to go to Cornell or UPenn. I think those schools may be reaches though… Any advice? Am I qualified for these schools?

Update: Here is grade scale:

CP:
A+: 4.3
A: 4.0
A-: 3.7 … etc.

Honors:
A+: 4.945
A: 4.60
A-: 4.255

AP:
A+: 5.375
A: 5.000
A-: 4.625

Considering only your grades, you need to lower your expectations.

Your grades are low for Ivies. Also, ec’s seem very scattered; many applicants have achieved recognition on a regional, statewide, or even national scale. Penn and Cornell are very high reaches.

Best of luck on the SAT and your grades.
