Can I get into these Texas Universities?

Schools: Texas State University, University of Texas (Austin), Texas A&M (college Station)
Currently live in Germany (Military)
In state: Texas
GPA: 2.75
Class Rank: 77%.....
SAT: Taking in October
APs: 3
Extra curriculars: 4 year varsity soccer (2 year captain), 2 year varsity kicker, 2 school clubs, German Soccer club. Also assistant coach and referee
Volunteer: about 50 hours

What are my chances of getting into the schools?
P.S. (Don't say you can talk to the soccer coach and see if he can help you because the schools only have club)
Thanks

TAMU, UT-Austin: out of reach
Texas Tech: with that GPA, you’d need about 1800-1900 on the SAT (CR+M+W).

Why don’t you look for NCAA Division III schools (or even NAIA schools) with a good soccer program?

I am being recruited by 4 DIII schools… I just can’t afford them

If you’re being recruited, they’ll “make it happen”. Your scholarship will NOT be athletic, ie you’ll have to perform academically and it’ll only cover your EFC, but if the coach is recruiting you, it means he’ll pick his favorite recruits and say “Among these applicants, I want THIS one and THAT one, see what you can do financially”.
So if you have a low EFC or if you qualify for financial aid (= if your parents don’t make much money) you’ll probably be able to go to these DIII schools for the same cost as Texas Tech if not less. And if you apply to all 4 schools plus Texas Tech, in the end you’ll be able to compare financial aid packages and you will be able to go where they offer you the better deal (if you really like a school, you can even call them and say, “look you’re my #1 school but School C is offering me that financial aid package so is there any way you can add a little to your aid package?” Of course you can only do that with the school that’s your clear favorite and that one only.)
