I still have a whole summer to add onto this list with many other athletic related things.

I don’t know that much about that particular school, but you don’t seem to have attracted other possibly higher quality replies…so here goes. Your ACT is slightly below the university median as is your GPA…so you might be a low match. This particular school is somewhat bifurcated in that they do research but also have an easier track for things like movement science. I would guess that if they differentiate by track you’d be a low match for the reasearch and a solid match for the other track. All of that said, you should definitely apply as my appraisal should be taken with a heap of salt.

Many Kines admits are recruited athletes. Not all, but many. Getting into Kines is not easy because the number of students who are not recruited athletes that are admitted is very limited.

@blue85…u were talking about how kinesiology involves science as well. I actually think i could be a good match for that part of the school as well. First of all, i have been in all honors science classes since sophomore year and done pretty well. Also, i have taken sports marketing and other athletic related classes. I havent done much other “movement science” related extracurriculars but i certainly will. Considering these points, do u now think i have a pretty good shot?
