CAN I GET INTO USC?

I love USC and have always wanted to go there. I feel like my stats may be lower than a lot of other applicants! Can you let me know if I have a chance at all of getting in? I am currently entering 2nd semester Junior year!

UW: 3.71 W: 4.15 (going to a very competitive public high school)
ACT: 26 (hoping to bring it up to a 30)
SAT: 1300

AP/IB: Physics 1, Comparative Gov, US Gov, English, and German
Honors: Most other classes in high school

ECs:
Varsity Swimming (regional and STATE qualifier)
Summer Job lifeguarding
Coaching young kids swim team
Animal shelter volunteering
German exchange program
Junior Mentoring
1-week mission trip to Church
