Can I get into Vassar, Wesleyan, Bard, Bates, Oberlin as a transfer?

I'm a freshman at Occidental College and I think I might transfer to Vassar, Wesleyan or Trinity College. It's not that I hate Oxy so much as that I think Vassar would be better. I've lived in LA all of my life and I wanted to go out of state but I settled for Occidental because I wanted to be close to home just in case the transition would be rough and it gave me a good scholarship. Could I get in as a transfer applicant?

So can I get in?

Your high schools scores look good and I think you would get into Vassar based off of those. However, we would also need your college freshman scores to really give you an opinion. Others will be more helpful than me.

I got a 3.0 my first semester in college.
French 201 C+
Calc 1 (Honors) B-
CSP Writing Class B+
Econ 101 A-

I had a really really hard time first semester emotionally. I cried a lot and I had to on antidepressants because I was so distraught about picking the wrong school and about having friends which weren’t the greatest. I’m taking better classes this semester which fit me better (Euro History, Politics 101, CSP (Required), and Econ 102). I’m aiming for a 3.75 or better.

Do you think that colleges would understand?
What about other schools besides Vassar?
