<p>GPA is a little low for even undecided VA Tech, even if ACT is well above average.</p>
<p>My son was wait listed last year for engineering with similar grades and scores to yours. However, you are taking a more rigorous course load than he was. Your background and life story would also be appealing to admissions, IMO. Good luck.</p>
