Can I start preparing for the GED, SAT or ACT and IETS after gradating high school or is it too late? Can I do all I need to apply in 2 years? And what are the odds that I get accepted into a good university?
I currently am a senior in high school in Egypt. I probably can get into a good colleague in Egypt (Med School probably), but I can’t study the major I want (architecture) regardless of how much I score because of how the Egyptian educational system works.
So should I just play it safe and go to a colleague in Egypt?

The GED is for US students who do not graduate from a typical high school pathway.
Could you pay 100% of the cost of a US college?
If you are graduating from high school, then you will not need to take the GED (unless there is something that I do not know about Egyptian high schools).
There is a lot more that we would need to know to give you a sensible answer.
One big issue is finances. In most cases university in the US is insanely expensive. There are a very small number of scholarships for international students, but they are all very high competitive, or come from universities where admission to the university is very highly competitive.
Your grades and generally how you are doing in high school would also have a huge impact in terms of which universities you could get accepted to.
In general international students who graduate from university in the US are expected to return home after graduation. This is another issue to take into consideration.

Egyptian high school diploma probably is not certified.
I did not prepare anything for college till now, and will not be able to till I graduate high school.
I am not concerned about staying in the US after graduation.
And it does not have to be the US. Any good university is more than fine.

You need to do as well as you can in the Egyptian curriculum.
What languages other than English do you speak? German? French?
What about Canada?
Will you have a portfolio (technical or artistic drawings) you can upload?
What’s your math background ?
Have you taken a physics class and done well?
