Can I transfer from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences to the College of Engineering?

Hi!
I have just been accepted to Virginia Tech but I was accepted into my second choice, the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and not my first, The College of Engineering. My wish is to study Environmental Engineering but there was not a spot on the application to mark it that so I could only mark General Engineering. So for a second choice, I placed in Environmental Science at the College of A&LS. I intend on going to VT so is it possible to sometime in my future at VT to transfer to the College of Engineering?
