A mix of A’s and B’s.
ISEE
I haven’t taken yet, but I expect to get in the 90th percentile, hopefully.
EC
Volunteering: I volunteer at my local kids care for one hour every week.
Duke of Ed: I am currently undergoing the Bronze DoE award which incorporates service, skills, exercise and a 5-day camp.
Robotics- my team got into the semi-finals at the Australasia Origin competition and received the safety award and rookie award.
Sport
I play basketball (3 times a week) and do jiujitsu. For basketball, my team has come second in the league last year. For jiujitsu, I will definitely have reached a yellow belt before I apply (I only started this year).
I am from Australia, and I am of Turkish-Kurdish descent. I’m not sure if that would count for URM, or not.
Extras
I am going to Argentina this year on my school’s exchange program where I will learn some Spanish.
Also, I was a middle school leader last year (leadership opportunity), morning tour guide and library monitor.
Financial Aid- I would definitely need around 50% financial aid (26 thousand)
