Helloo everyone. I'm looking to transfer colleges from St. John's to one of the following schools:
University of Michigan
Brandeis
UCLA
Vanderbilt

Some of these schools are there because they're good and some because I can still keep my internship

Anyway, here are my stats:

Highschool GPA is 3.5 with SAT of 1820 and ACT of 28. Lots and lots of clubs and internships

Currently my college GPA (pending finals and things) is an A- (except for my philosophy class which is a C+).

I know these schools are very unlikely/out of the question but I'm hoping that my somewhat stellar college GPA and a few recommendations from teachers and bosses will somehow carry me through. If you don't agree with any of these, is there a good school you think I should take a look at? Thanks so much

Everything looks pretty good to me! Your test scores are good and your GPA is excellent! Make sure to write a kick ass essay and you should be fine!! Good luck with everything!!
***Please chance me back!

Your high School GPA and test scores would normally not get you into most of those schools but considering that you are a transfer student and have gotten mostly A’s will change the game up a little bit. Most likely, depending on the transfer requirements for each school, I think you will have a good chance at Michigan and Vanderbilt at least! I’m not too familiar with UC Transfers so I don’t want to say anything misleading!

UMich-high match
Brandeis- match
UCLA- reach
Vanderbilt-low reach/high match

Your high school GPA and scores are low for these schools, but it helps a lot that you improved in your college grades. I think you have a decent chance at these schools–just put effort into your essays, etc.
