Can someone join CRC their sophomore year?

I’m living in Bradley this year, but I was hoping to switch to the CRC after my freshman year. Is this possible, or do you need to be a part of CRC all 4 years?

You can certainly choose CRC for sophomore year after living elsewhere freshman year. You only commit to a residence hall one year at a time.
