Can someone tell my my chances?

Hey guys so I had a question.
I’m applying to UCLA and my graduating class is c/o 2016. I wanted to know what you guys thought my chances of getting in are and maybe tell me what I should improve. (ex: good, average, a stretch, poor, 1/10, etc…)

-My Un Weighted GPA is about a 3.7. Weighted is above a 4.26. However unweighted academic is about a 3.3, 3.4 (sophomore year my family went through some troubles so my GPA dropped)
-Sat Score is a 1890 but I only took it once without practice.
-I am president of two clubs but that’s all the leadership stuff I have. (One club was created on campus but the other one is off campus. I am not sure if I can put the second one on my application because of this.)
-Including my senior year I will have taken 6 AP classes but 7 AP tests because I self studied one
-I have always taken AP and honors classes or whatever is the most rigorous class offered.
-I have taken 3 years of science but 5 years of math in my four years of high school because I took some math classes over the summer.
-I have over 200 hours of community service.
-I have been in orchestra since the fourth grade and continued in all four years of high school.

I am planning to go into a science major because I want to be a doctor. I have not taken any SAT subject tests or the ACT. Do you think I should? I feel like my GPA and SAT might be a little low but I have strengths in other areas. I would really appreciate it if you guys could tell me what you think and maybe even tell me what I can do before the end of my senior year that will strengthen my application. I plan on going to UCLA for my undergrad and for medical school so I am trying my best to be accepted. I understand it is highly competitive but even if I am not accepted I will transfer to it.

Thanks

You need to calculate your UC GPA which is all the a-g courses 10-11th grade: http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

Average for 2014 was 4.17.

Your SAT is way below average of 2067. Your EC’s are good with leadership, but unless you have over a 4.0 UC GPA and can get your SAT score above 2100/ACT above 30, your chances are not that good.

Here is a link for all the UC’s and their average UC GPA/SAT/ACT scores. This will give you an idea of which schools to target based on your Stats.

If you feel you can do better on the ACT, then definitely consider that test. Also for UCLA, you should take at least 2 SAT subject tests, probably Math 2 and Bio if you want to remain competitive.
