<p>I couldn't find it on UW's website.. Can transfer students be postponed or wait-listed? Or is it you're either in or not in?</p>
<p>Think about it- those are for students applying to join the freshman class, there is not the same numbers restriction once you get beyond the need to be sure there is class space for all those elementary level courses freshmen are apt to take. Therefore you should be accepted or denied as a transfer. If denied you always have the option of improving your record and trying again, until it becomes too late to bother.</p>
