Can you help me come up with a good list of colleges?

Please help me complete my list. Posted below is my partial list and stats:
So what would b some good schools to add to my list: I want 2 or 3 reaches, 3 to 5 matches, and 2 safeties

University of Michigan (insert either match, reach or safety here)

University of Washington (insert either match, reach or safety here)

UC System through common app (insert either match, reach or safety here)

University of Oregon (insert either match, reach or safety here)
5
6.
7
8.
9.

(optional)

I posted here because I’ve posted on others, and no 1 helped me out. But Penn, despite my constant posts here have always helped me, along with some of the other ivies. Also, I want to know for my reaches, which 2 should I apply to out of: Brown, Northwestern, Haverford, Penn, Cornell, and WUSTL?

demographics
*I am an Asian Indian Male
*From a competitive public high school in Oregon, Beaverton High School, which was also rated the best AP school in Oregon, so yeah, its a smart school.
*student body at school = 500+

what I look for ranked in order of preference:

 1. Want to study medicine so would like a strong biology or anat/phys program
 2. Perfer a medium-small institution
 3. I hate going to a school that no1 knows about, or is considered to be “average”
 4. I dont care very much about the location. I’d perfer, however, to be close to a large city, but not neccessarily IN the city. A nice campus works 2 tho

The Numbers/ECs
*Freshman year:
4.0 with honors in 2 classes for both semesters

*Sophomore Year:
3.8125 overall for both semesters

*Junior Year (projected)
Human Anat/Phys-A,A
IB Bio HL 1-A,A
Spanish 3-A,A
IB Calculus-A, A (might be at worst 1 “B”)
IB Psychology-A,A
Team Sports-A
IB English-B,B (might get "A"s)
IB Tok 1-B

*class rank UW right now = 38/515. Weighted = 30/515 (will go up because not many kids have taken hard classes yet)
*IB Diploma Candidate (to be)
*Will take AP exams in addition to IB exams, so I could be AP Scholar w/ distinction or just AP scholar as well.
*Varsity tennis 4 years (will have 4)
*Science Team 4 years (will have 4)
*World Quest Trivia 4 years (will have 4)
*Science Club Treasurer (1 year)
*Science Club VP (2 years)
*Math Club VP (2 years)
*Portland Youth Philharmonic (3 years)
*Mathfest Algebra 2 1st place freshman year
*OIMT Participant Fresh Year
*Mathfest Participant sophomore year
*Oregon Museum of Science and Industry Rising Star Program (will have 175-200 hours done)
*Mathcounts Tutor (about 50+ volunteer hours)
*will try to get 2000-2100 on SAT, 30+ on ACT

btw I’ve posted these stats many, many times

you do realize its also about what you want in a school, right?

you'd have to give us more information for us to know if you'd like it here... (and much depends on your own impression - if you can visit east coast schools sometime, definitely do so; come to philly and see if you like it here!)

A) You haven't even started junior year so you have plenty of time. RELAX.

B) If you pick a school based on name recognition, you're wasting a perfectly good opportunity to enjoy yourself at the school that best fits you.

C) You need to think further about what you want out of a school.
