<p>Hey guys. I'm applying to several schools and have received viewbooks from some of them (Yale, Princeton, Columbia, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, and Northwestern). However, I was hoping to have viewbooks for all the schools I am applying to, since I love viewbooks as a guidance and sneak-peak tool. Is it possible to ask the other schools I'm applying to (other Ivies and UC-Berkeley) to send me their viewbooks, or do you have to be selected to receive one in the mail?</p>
<p>Go to each school’s website, under Admissions. There is sometimes an option to “Request Information” or an email address you can send your request to. Some schools no longer publish viewbooks, relying instead on their admissions websites only.</p>
<p>Many schools don’t print them anymore in an effort to be more “green”. They put them on their websites instead.
A think a few trees were killed with all the viewbooks and other printed materials that my son got but did not want and did not ask for :-(</p>
