Can you self-study AP Human Geography just with a prep book?

I bought the Barron’s prep book. Would reading through this and using the Barron’s flashcards be enough for a 5? I have the same question for AP Psychology

I don’t know if Barron’s is enough, but I know hundreds of students who have self-studied for both of those subjects and gotten 5s on the exam.

which ones do you recommend and what should i read from them, assuming I don’t need to read the whole thing
