Can you send a non-teacher Letter of Recommendation to Georgetown?

I have a doctor that I have had to see every two weeks for the past 2 years who has become like an Uncle to me and he was an alum. at Georgetown so I was going to have him write one of my letters of recommendation. But, I’m not sure if you can submit recommendation letters that are not written by teachers…

Also, if so, then how do you do it?

You can definitely submit non-teacher recs. I would have the rec writer mail them to the admissions office and include your identifying info (name, grade, high school, birthdate, etc). That’s what one of my outside rec writers did.
