I'm choosing between Mcgill, UC Davis and UC San Diego but I am really torn. Because I am a french citizen, the tuition at Mcgill is the same as the instate student's, about 3,000 dollars. Considering that the total cost of Mcgill, with housing and board would be about 15,000 and UC Davis or SD would be about 35,000, do you have any recommendations?
Btw, I'll be a political science major with International relations.

Canada. Save your money for grad school.

money is one thing and weather is another. if you hate long dark and very cold winters, don’t go to McGill. If it is all about the cash, go to McGill. McGill is a great institution and it sounds like you are a bright student. If you really are interested in IR, you should have looked into Columbia University (NY), Tufts, or Georgetown. With that major, DC is really the place to be.
