Canadian Universities?

I recently got accepted into the University of British Columbia, University of Western Ontario, McGill, and the University of Toronto; my top two choices are McGill and the University of Toronto..one of my major concerns is that I do not speak French. I'm well aware that McGill is predominantly English and the city is bilingual, but would this hinder my possibilities in internships and/or part-time jobs?

Also, how does the social aspect compare between McGill and the University of Toronto?
Some say that McGill is slipping in academics, is this true?

To make things easier, here is a summary of my questions:
1.) Would not being able to speak French be a big factor in Montreal? (McGill)
2.) Which fairs better in school spirit: UofT or McGill? In social-life?
3.) How easy/hard is it for a transfer from the Arts programme in either schools to their business programme (Rotman or Desautels)?

Thank you in advance!:)
