Canceling a SAT test and getting a refund?

<p>Can I cancel a SAT test before I take it and get a refund?</p>

<p>No, registration fees are not refundable.</p>

<p>EDIT: Although I think you can change the test date to a later date for a fee (which is presumably cheaper than a new registration).
