<p>it says in the CB site that i should write them.</p>

<p>i actually have to handwrite it or can i just type it up and fax it?</p>

<p>You can type it. You just have to sign it.</p>

<p>Make sure you include all the information that they have instructed you to include........check it twice. Make sure you keep the confirm copy of your fax. If you don't live near Kinko's you can go to a grocery store, hotel, many places will let you fax out for a fee.</p>
