Can't Get Password

<p>Since Saturday, when Columbia allowed me to request my password, I've requested a password three times. Today, I requested the password another three times. So far, no email with my password. Thus, I can't check my application result.</p>

<p>I click on the link from the email they sent me on Saturday, then opened the link, clicked "Forgot password," entered my pin and email, and clicked Search. I get the message, "An e-mail with a link to reset your password has been sent to your e-mail address. Please follow the link in the e-mail to proceed." However, I've gotten no password from the requests from days before and from the requests today.</p>

<p>Anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks!</p>

<p>I’m having the EXACT same problem, so… It’s awesome that decisions were released at a time when 0 tech support was available…</p>

I requested a password at 5:09 and have been waiting ever since…
Does that mean that we just might have to wait until tomorrow?</p>

<p>“4) A link to create a password will be sent to you. Once you have completed that step, you will receive confirmation via e-mail, but please understand there may be a delay of up to a few hours.”</p>

<p>I requested my password days before. Still nothing.</p>

I feel so dumb because in the email they sent, I understood that we would just use our regular password.
And now I’m stuck…
in a rut.</p>

<p>urgh. me too, it’s really frustrating me. I’ve requested it twice today and I haven’t gotten it. How long did it take most people to get it?</p>
