Can't submit common app

<p>My current institution's registrar can't complete the registrar report online due to technical difficulties, so I contacted my transfer schools and physically sent the report. However, I can't submit the common app without submitting everything online. Does anyone have any clue what I can do? One of the school's deadline is fast approaching.</p>

<p>Nevermind, I emailed common app and they gave me a solution. You “invite” the registrar without including the email address, in case anyone had the same problem.</p>
