<p>Sure as hell couldn’t hurt - I’m surprised to see so many denied - when I had a change request, it was approved pretty quickly. Guess it all depends on the year and how many people want to move around.</p>
<p>Ya, that’s weird, the 4 people I’ve known to fill out the CAR in previous years have all gotten them approved.</p>

<p>Confidentiality - I received the same email notification as you at the beginning of July but for some odd reason they still sent me an email yesterday saying my CAR was denied. I’m guessing this was a mistake because they wouldn’t approve something and then turn around and say never mind would they?</p>
