<p>Hello everyone! I have to choose between Carnegie Mellon SCS and Rutgers Honors SAS. My goal is to get into top graduate schools for computer science (MIT, CMU, Stanford, or UC Berkeley). I realize that where you go in college is not as important as where you go in grad school. I know that CMU is better academically than Rutgers and the name looks better in my resume, but Rutgers is far cheaper and closer to home, which I like. Also, at Rutgers, my GPA would probably be higher, which looks nice on my resume as well. Could anyone enlighten me as to which college will give me the best chance to get into a graduate program? Thanks!</p>
