CAS: BA or BS?

<p>Suppose I am majoring in a science field - like Chemistry or Physic or Bio - in the College of Arts and Sciences. Upon graduation, will I get a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in the major? </p>

<p>For ex: Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry or Bachelor of Science in Chemistry?</p>

<p>You will receive a BA.</p>

<p>The distinction has to do with how many of your credits are in the liberal arts, nothing to do with your major. All other non-AAP colleges award a B.S.</p>
