<p>My family has filled out a CollegeBoard Business/Farm Supplement, and we are planning on including this with our IDOC, but for bubbling the category on the cover sheet, we do not know what category it falls under. Does anyone know?</p>

<p>I was just looking at it today and couldn’t find it either. I’m thinking just put it in the envelope.</p>
<p>I just sent it in without a bubble filled I. I figure it gies without saying if you have SE income and filed a Schedule C.</p>
<p>Do any of you know if its ok to enter zero for info on the second page if this is a small one -person business as an independent contractor? Most of my income is as employee elsewhere.</p>
<p>My 2nd page was all zeroes. None of it applied.</p>

<p>Thanks momofmusician, I figured that was ok since I am not a big company or anything like that. But it’s a relief to know you did the same. I emailed college board to be sure. There so many steps to this process!</p>
<p>I know. I am in the same boat as you this year with both self-employment and w2 income. I never realized how complex the whole thing is. Hopefully, I did it correctly as I already mailed it in! :)</p>
