I'm going to take the Mat II Subject Test, and I already have the CB Guide for all SAT Subject Tests. Should I buy the CB Guide for Math I & II as well, for extra practice tests?

I'm thinking of getting PR or Barron's as well...or maybe even both, I'm not sure yet.

Depends on how ready you already are…also there’s not much point in repeatedly taking practice tests, if you space them out a bit you have more time to work on reviewing the material (as well as seeing progress).

Practise tests in maths is very important. It increases your speed and helps you tackle questions better. I would suggest getting Barron’s. It is harder than the actual test but prepares you really well for the test. I have given maths level 2 three times (I’m a little crazy about getting a 800.) I gave it in oct, dec and jan. Jan and Dec were MUCH easier than Barron’s though October was harder.
Barron’s over preps you but you will find the actual test much easier than it.
Moving on to the college board tests, I believe they are previously administered tests. Doing them is great since it gives you a real indicator of how well you know the subject. I haven’t actually done that book yet since I don’t live in USA and it is hard for me to get hold of a collegeboard book. If I don’t get a 800 this time, I’m getting it shipped for sure since it is always recommended to do the college board tests.
I would recommend going through the material as that is important too.As rspence said, if you don’t know your material it is kind of useless writing practise tests again and again.
My score : 780
