I have the CC app on my phone, and I can login fine. However, I’m not able to login to CC on my laptop. It says that the username and password are incorrect. How can I fix this? Thanks!
Sorry for your issue. Do you have your log-in information stored on your phone, or do you need to type out the username and password each time? And when was the last time you had tried logging in to your laptop? I’m just wondering if it could be a simple typo when you enter it into the laptop. I say that as a veteran of doing that myself…where I either mistype it or rely so much on having it already loaded that I forget it.
I’ll also try tagging @CCTech_Richard here to see if there are any ongoing login issues.

Just one more follow-up question…have you tried using a different browser on your laptop? I don’t know how that could impact things, but worth a try.

Okay, I will try that. It’s weird because my password had always worked. I even changed it a couple of times but it still only works on my phone. Maybe I’ll try a different method. Thanks for all the help!
