<p>I'm an average student compared to the ivy-accepted students that frequent this forum, so if you could limit your suggestions to non-ivy schools.</p>

<p>I am majoring in the same thing and I am applying to Tufts and BU also...they both have great Molecular Biology programs...so, I would say that those two schools are the best...</p>
<p>Rutgers has a much better molecular biology program than Tufts on the grad level; I'm not sure about undergrad. SUNY Stony Brook is another school that springs to mind.</p>

Of the schools you mentioned, I think Tufts, by far, has the better M Bio program for undergrads.</p>
