Cfa Averages

Does anyone know the CFA averages for the USMMA. I see they post the max scores. Thanks

Cobia, I was hoping that someone would respond for you. I would if I had any knowledge of it for this year. Afraid I don't know. Sorry. Maybe one of the new candidates can respond on what they had??

i would if i knew what cfa meant?

CFA - Candidate Fitness Assessment

The Candidate Fitness Assessment (CFA) is the same for all of the academies, they all have the same Max's and they all have the same averages. In a recent pamphlet I picked up at an admissions briefing for c/2011 it posted the CFA averages as being:

Male:
BBall Throw: 67ft
Pull Ups: 9
Shuttle Run: 9.1
Sit Ups: 72
Push Ups: 54
1 Mile Run: 6:43

Female:
BBall Throw: 41ft
Pull Ups: 3
Flexed Arm Hang: 19.8
Shuttle Run: 10
Sit Ups: 68
Push Ups: 33
1 Mile Run: 8:06

they changed it alot since last year...last year it was called the PAE

when i took it i had allready been admitted so i just had to pass the min.
work on your pull ups....they suck....i spent a month in the gym geting up to the minimum. over all every thing else was easy... but they changed it alot since i took it in april. they added the mile run, and sit ups after i took the test...

here is the info on it...

http://www.usmma.edu/admissions/facts/CFA.htm

they also added that you must have a commisioned officer (other than a teacher or parent) give you the test.

over all they changed it alot they even have the pae still up on the usmma sight....

-kp10

lol

go on kp's web sight when you are looking at the cfa stuff click domed physical link to the right.....

notice the link changes on the right from cfa to pae

lol

the averages I posted are for the new CFA, and there are no minimums according to admissions staff

also i don't remember doing sit ups for king's point test and the shuttle run was like a 300 yard one if i remember correctly

Thanks for the reply.
