<p>Your GPA is admittedly low for UPenn, but I still believe that somehow if you write a really good essay and have everything else down, you might have a chance so if that’s what you wanna use your ED on, I would do it. Of course, you have to have other options because the odds of you getting in are still pretty bad, but clearly there are dozens of other places that you could like as much as UPenn, so just spend this summer figuring out what those are.</p>
