Chance a Junior for some Ivies + MIT + Stanford

Pretty basic question, wondering what you guys think of my current stats for some of the schools.

SAT: 1540 (750 R/W, 790 M)
SAT II: 800 Math II, 790 Chem, 790 Bio
GPA: 4.00 UW (idk weighted, school doesn’t do weighted)
AP/IB: IB courses (multiple higher sciences and higher maths) all classes are a solid 7 with perfect IB score predicted

ECs: not going to post this because it will be revealing, but some pretty prestigious summer camps for math and for science, some national and international awards, independent research at a top university at ISEF level

Recommendations: will most likely be pretty good, I’m at the top of my class for most classes and have pretty good relationships with teachers.

Ethnicity: Asian (rip, I know)
Gender: M
State/Country: international (rip also, I know)

Thoughts? I’m applying MIT, Stanford, Harvard. (the rest are match and safety schools). I might also apply to some other Ivies depending on what happens senior year.

You are a competitive applicant. Your stats are great, and your EC sound good. You should apply to more top schools than just MIT, Stanford, and Harvard. If you want to study engineering or STEM, basically all of the Ivies are good in addition to schools like Carnegie Mellon and Caltech. As an international, it will be harder but it depends on which country you are from. With amazing essays you could get accepted to any of these schools

@doorrealthe thank you. I am limiting the amount of schools I am applying to (only about 6) with the other three being safeties/relative matches. It is expensive to apply for all of these colleges and therefore “all of the Ivies and Carnegie Mellon and Caltech” is quite hard to do. I may apply to 1 or 2 more reaches from what I am getting from this thread, but I don’t know whether my stats or ECs are remotely good enough to justify the extra costs.

also, bump (any other thoughts?).
