My list (no order):
Yale (legacy)
Brown
Duke
USC (Southern California)
UNC - Chapel Hill
McGill
UToronto
UMiami
UConn
Emory
Occidental
NYU

For admissions purposes, South Americans are not hispanic URMs. Those are Mexicans, Central Americans and Puerto Ricans.

Your test scores are a bit low, but I think the Hispanic factor cancels out that out. Is your courseload the most rigorous your school offers? I mean, you're not incredibly unique but you've got great grades and pretty good EC's. Being Hispanic will also really help at most of these schools.
Yale (legacy) - reach
Brown - reach
Duke - low reach/reach
USC (Southern California) - low reach
UNC - Chapel Hill - high match
McGill - match I think, but I'm not too familiar
UToronto - not familiar
UMiami - not familiar
UConn - in
Emory - match/high match
Occidental - no idea
NYU - high match
Sorry if this seems pessimistic, but I feel like too much optimism isn't always good.
