<p>For admissions purposes, South Americans are not hispanic URMs. Those are Mexicans, Central Americans and Puerto Ricans.</p>

<p>Your test scores are a bit low, but I think the Hispanic factor cancels out that out. Is your courseload the most rigorous your school offers? I mean, you're not incredibly unique but you've got great grades and pretty good EC's. Being Hispanic will also really help at most of these schools.<br>
