Chance a normal kid for schools in the northeast

I'm currently a junior attending a pretty good public school in upstate NY that usually sends a few students to ivies each year.
Gender: M
Ethnicity: White
My school does not rank.
UW GPA: 91% (School does not weight)
Prospective Major: Completely unsure, something related to social sciences or languages most likely.

I take a mix of AP/Honors/Regular classes. I've taken three years of science on the regular level but mainly everything else has been enriched. The APs I will have completed by graduation are:

APUSH
AP Econ
AP Stats
AP Spanish
AP Psych

SATs: (I may or may not take again, depending on where I want to go)
Math: 650
CR: 650
Writing: 710
SAT II US History- ?
SAT II Math 1- ?
Not sure if I am going to take ACTs.

ECs and whatnot are pretty weak but here it goes:
I work about 20 hours/week at a pharmacy, referee youth soccer, will have least 20 hours of volunteering, (haven't decided where yet. it is necessary to graduate) attended National Young Leaders Conference, write for my school's political magazine, president of our Junior Classical League, Magna Cum Laude on the National Latin Exam, National Latin Honor Society, Latin Club, Future Business Leaders of America, Freshman Soccer, student council, Peer Tutoring next year.

The Schools:
SUNY Binghamton University (match?)
SUNY Geneseo (match?)
SUNY New Paltz (safety)
University of Rochester (upper match? reach?)
Syracuse University (match)
Boston University (match)
University of Vermont (safety)
Northeastern University (match)
University of Maryland (match)

Clarifications on my labeling would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I'd be glad to hear other suggestions for schools as well as the obvious chancing.

Thanks in advance.

you are easily in everywhere except Rochester and there is a good chance you would get in there too. You might want to apply early if it your first choice.

I am the Mom of a S on long island, ny. Does your school have the a Naviance system? You would be able to see what the stats were of other kids from your school that applied to the colleges you listed. The Sunys are getting more unpredictable. I just read a thread where somebody got into Geneseo but waitlisted at New Paltz! Newsweek listed New Paltz as a hot state school recently and that has attracted a lot of attention to it. Good luck.

bump...maybe someone could help me find some reach schools if those that i selected are good fits.

interview for rochester (preferably on campus, not with an alum) and i think you have a really good shot. my stats were similar to yours and i got in with a $9,500 scholarship. make sure you have leadership positions in those clubs.
i'm going there next year :) if you have any questions just let me know

i'd check out boston college as a low reach as well.. lehigh as well although it isn't as much of a humanities-type school, so i'm not sure if you would be as interested.

Boston College as a low reach? I'd place that as a really high reach. No offense 696458 but your SAT scores and GPA are too low for BC to be a low reach. what was your writing score on the SAT?
