Notes:
As I am a well nurtured writer, my essays will be definitely be strong. My recommendations will come from a Math teacher that I had for three years and my AP Chemistry teacher, who saw me go from F's to B's.

Will chance back to anyone!

bumpity bump bump bump

Cornell: high match
Georgetown: low reach (that 3 in APUSH could be problematic, they won’t even give credit for a 5)
UMich: high match/low reach
UMaryland College Park: match

I would try and get that critical reading score up and find a couple of safety schools.

Chance me back?

Can you recalculate your uw GPA in 4.0 scale? It is hard to compare with admission stat in a different scale. I assume your uwGPA to be near 4.0 which is good, but your ACT/SAT are a little bit weak for top schools. Your CR+M is at 1430.

Cornell: low reach
Georgetown: low reach
UMich: high match/low reach
UMaryland: match

Cornell: low reach
Georgetown: low reach
UMich: high match (SAT near average for CoE, ACT is below average for CoE)
UMaryland: match

If I get my CR up to a 700-720 range, will that make top schools, like Cornell and Georgetown, will I stand out more?

If you get your CR+M above 1500, you should have much better chance for Cornell. By the way, your EC is great.
