Chance at CSULB?

What are my chances of getting into CSLUB?

I currently have a 3.0 unweighted GPA and a 3.5 weighted GPA..

I was on the Track and Field team sophomore year and has a Junior I'm on the Gymnastics team.

I just got my ACT test back a couple weeks ago and I scored a perfect 30 on it.

Also, I am on a few clubs after school and I do particpate in a lot of school activities like
"Paint the Town", etc.

I also do have quite a few teacher rec's (if that helps).

I have passed all the required courses for CSLUB. But, my GPA is a little off.

I go to a competitive high school in Illinois, and I know they don't really prefer non locals, but I know a few people at my school who applied there and got accepted.

Has a safety school, I'm going to apply to University of Iowa and maybe a couple others.

So, do you guys think I can get into CSULB?

P.S, I also help kids who has down syndrome and hang out with them, when ever I can. Make them more social and such. In addition, I do have 50+ volunteer hours at my local Kohl's children museum.

Still looking for responses…

UIA: Safety (I believe you’re an auto-admit)
CSULB: Match (they may not prefer out-of-staters as much as UCs would but, like UCs, if you can pay full freight to a CSU as an out-of-stater, it helps, and I assume your UCGPA, which is used by UCs and CSUs alike, is 3.5)
