What do you think that my chances are at:
Yale
Harvard
Stanford
Brown
MIT(pretty much in cause i can play tennis)
Dartmouth
Penn (Wharton) (Legacy)
Princeton
UVA
UF and Univ of miami (Safties)
Emory
Duke

Not at schools like stanford or harvard but like MIT or maybe dartmouth. Next week im goin up to visit schools and will probably meet with some of the coaches.

will!
it’s meghan dooley.
i was reading yours and i was like woah this sounds like a pv kid… hahah
hope you’re having a great summer and good luck with college stuff!

Yale - reach (the ivies are unpredictable, after all they reject 2400 SATs!!!)
Harvard - reach (same as above)
Stanford - reach (not all that familiar with this school)
Brown - lower reach than HYP, but still reach
MIT(pretty much in cause i can play tennis) - low reach
Dartmouth - reach
Penn (Wharton) (Legacy) - reach (best chance at Ivy)
Princeton - reach
UVA - in
UF and Univ of miami (Safties) - in
Emory - match
Duke - high match

Sounds like you have an edge with athletics, and you have good enough SAT scores. Instead of taking more SAT II’s, maybe you should just retake the ones you already have and aim for better scores? Also, I’m a legacy at Wharton too, and I heard that if you don’t apply ED, your legacy status becomes kind of irrelevant.

Yale - reach
Harvard - reach
Stanford - reach
Brown - reach
MIT - reach - how much of a reach depends on how big of a deal tennis recruitment is there; I do not know much about MIT’s recruiting process nor do I know your particular athletic situation
Dartmouth - reach
Penn (Wharton) (Legacy) - high match
Princeton - reach
UVA - match
UF - safety - although I don’t know much about their admissions
UNF - safety - but once again I don’t know much about this one
Emory - match
Duke - low reach

Strong tennis record and good SAT score. Aim for 750+ on those SAT IIs!

Yale: High Reach
Harvard: High Reach
Stanford: High Reach
Brown: Reach
MIT: High Reach
Dartmouth: Reach
Penn (Wharton) (Legacy): Reach, but your best shot at an Ivy would be Low Reach if it wasn’t Wharton
Princeton: Reach
UVA: Match
UF and Univ of Miami: In
Emory: Match
Duke: Match
