I’ve completed 49 credits at community college and have a 3.51 gpa, im on track to receive my associate degree. What are my chances of getting into UW

Are you still a HS student and taking those classes as such? If not you are looking at being a transfer student. Be sure to look at the transfer students admissions on the UW website- paying attention to credits that would/would not transfer.
