simons at sbu pretty good. Should have went to PROMYS though (I was a second year in 2014)

@ringwraith10 Haha its okay, I subtly dropped that factor in my app…as long as they read essays closely, I am good :D. And I couldnt go for financial reasons actually. :(

Clearly @whuffy has absolutely NO idea of what he is talking about. You have a very good chance at Princeton and all of the ivy leagues. However even the most qualified students aren’t guaranteed in, and sadly being Indian makes getting in even more competitive! Your scores are very strong and you ECs are strong as well. I have 3 older sisters all attending Princeton right now and I know that your scores are higher than two of theirs and comparable to the other. Having 3 sisters attend their I know what they and their friends applications looked like when applying and you are totally on par for Princeton. Again, it’s not a guarantee by any means but definitely worth applying, despite what @whuffy is saying. Obviously I would suggest applying to safer schools that are more on the Boston College, Tufts, Notre Dame level, and then one or two even lower than that. (By the way @whuffy Duke is considered to be on par with the rest of the Ivy League schools in how competitive admissions are, further proving you don’t know what you’re talking about).

deferred :(
