Chance for student of good GPA (3.88) and normal SAT (1870), normal ACT (30) ?

<p>Ask for a friend, because they move from other state to Atlanta in the beginning of senior year, not familiar with local information. </p>

<p>Georgia student, good GPA (3.88 / 4) and normal SAT (1870 / 2400 or 1290/1600), normal ACT (30). Dose GAtech lower its cutoff line for local students ? Are the admission line very much different among the popular majors and non-popular majors ?</p>
