Thank you for the definite answer.
I have made new lists of colleges to look into:

Texas A&M
University of California Los Angeles
University of California San Francisco
University of California San Diego
University of Michigan Ann Arbor
Emory (maybe…)

Knowing that I am international student now, I’m currently just looking for any colleges that have:

Financial aid for international (scholarship or even grants or loans)

Decent Biology/PreMed (preparing for med school)

Somewhere not in hot climate (personal stuff…)

Can anyone recommend any colleges fitting those categories or similar to the colleges on the list?

TAMU gives very few scholarships to international students at the undergraduate level. Do you meet the requirements for in-state residency in Texas?

I meet the requirements for in-state residency in Texas.
And I do not have a green card…unless I marry someone with citzenship…this summer or next summer…yeah.

If I were you, I’d would apply ED to one of your schools. Your stats and experiences are very good but there will be a lot of kids with a little higher scores. In my opinion, students in your situation are helped the most by the ED process.

I would also start working on my essays right now. I think having amazing essays is crucial for someone in your situation. They could be enough to tip the scale in your favor. Make sure you let people you trust read them and give you brutally honest comments – people like English teachers.

I’d also work on the short answer questions. In other words, I’d make sure my applications were flawless.
