  • Was unable to take any standardized test because of COVID

extracurriculars/activities:

  1. Speech and Debate Officer: Raised over 45K+ by hosting tournaments to subsidize competition costs; Taught 100+ high school novices and 50+ elementary school students.
  2. Debate Intern: Intern at a debate league; Managed $20,000+ budget for future tournaments; Led registration, organization, and logistics at state tournaments
  3. Politics Club( Vice President and Founding Member): Designed curriculum on policy and organized political debates for the student body
  4. Intern at : met with local political leaders; networked with congress members and staffers; collaborated with local rotary clubs
  5. Campaign intern: Recruited volunteers, researched and coordinated with 150+ donors, raised over $200,000

Essays

  • This is kinda subjective but it will prolly be somewhat decent. I don’t think they are gonna be anything amazing but also not trash

Letters of Recommendation

  • Chem Teacher: 8/10. Written recs for me before and pretty close with her
  • English Teacher: 7/10. Not that close but he is known to write decent recs
  • Counselor: 5/10. Coming from a large public school, I didn’t really get to know my counselor

  • I would love any other suggestion for schools that you might think are a good fit

You have a shot at some of the UC’s and maybe Cornell, the others will be somewhat hard tho, but there hard for everyone so good luck
