Chance Me Andover/Exeter/etc

Hey! I was curious so I wanted to ask how much of a chance I have in applying for top schools (doesn’t have to be Exeter or Andover, can be Deerfield, Hotchkiss). I am applying for 9th grade. Might need some financial aid.

My SSAT score is in the 95th percentile overall. 99 percentile math, 92 percent verbal, 87 percent reading.

I have all A’s from 6-7th grade, and I currently have all A’s in 8th grade. My math is my greatest strength. I have already completed Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Precalculus, and Trigonometry.

For EC, I have been quiz bowl captain for the past two years. I have gotten to Chapter Competition for Mathcounts, and was a co-captain. I am currently captain for my school Tennis team.

I’ve won many math competitions nationally, and won math olympiad at my school. I was also part of an exclusive orchestra in my county. I’ve also won a science competition against kids in my region. I’ve also published an article for a newspaper online.

For sports, I have qualified for Swimming state championships the past 5 years. I’ve won swimmer of the year twice in my swim team. I’ve also played competitive baseball, and our team won the State, Regional, and East Coast championship.

I’ve also tested in John’s Hopkins’ CTY program, and got in with 99 percentile scores.

I’ve applied for Exeter, Andover, Hotchkiss, Deerfield, Lawrencville, Choate, and Milton.

Chance Me!

Honestly, I don’t even know why you’re doing a chance me thread. It’s so CLEAR that you have a high chance of getting in. Best of luck to you. I can never compete.

Edit: Then again, it isn’t guaranteed. Plenty of strong applicants get rejected. But I can see you getting in.

Wow, it means a lot to me you saying these words. Please don’t put yourself down though. Stay safe!

Agree with the above. I think you have a great shot for acceptance. The acceptances are crazy and definitely hard to predict but I think on M10 you’ll get some great results from at least 1 or more schools!

Thank you for such kind comments. I really do hope I can get in.
