INTERVIEWS NOTED NEXT TO SCHOOLS BELOW

Schools I'm applying to:
-Harvard
-Princeton
-Georgetown (interview went extremely well, said he would recommend me and we really hit it off)
-Stanford
-Claremont McKenna
-George Washington U (interviewer said he would definitely recommend me, and said I would likely be in the Honors Program)
-Amherst College
-Vassar
-Colgate
-Hamilton (interviewed with Dean of Admissions, she basically tried to recruit me during the interview)
-Wesleyan (interview went pretty good- weakest of all the ones I've had though)
-Brown

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Oh, and I’ll chance anyone back who chances me. Just ask.

Wow, you sound like a really great student.
Well as everyone knows, most world notable universities are always a toss up when considering, the school could basically be looking for anything within the top students who desire to attend.

-Harvard- reach
-Princeton- reach
-Georgetown (interview went extremely well, said he would recommend me and we really hit it off)- decent
-Stanford - reach
-Claremont McKenna - n/a
-George Washington U (interviewer said he would definitely recommend me, and said I would likely be in the Honors Program)- very good chance
-Amherst College- decent
-Vassar - n/a
-Colgate - decent
-Hamilton (interviewed with Dean of Admissions, she basically tried to recruit me during the interview) - decent, safety?
-Wesleyan (interview went pretty good- weakest of all the ones I’ve had though)- n/a
-Brown - reach

It will be interesting to know which school you’ll be attending.

Wow great job. Umm Harvard, princeton, and Stanford is a high reach for anyone. So is Brown. my cousin had 2150 (could be higher), a 4.0 unweighted and 4.5 weighted GPA, great EC’s, but got rejected by stanford and berkeley. oh well. But I do think you have a good chance at all those schools… and if it’s medical I would recommend George Washington U if they put u in honors and give scholarships. I just can’t say much because your stats are great and its now all about… “luck” and the ability to write great essays.

Thanks a ton for reviewing them, do you need to be ‘chanced’ or anything? And yeah- I’m keeping it realistic with the Ivys. I’ll be happy with any of the twelve schools.

Thanks clawandliftfall, I really appreciate the feedback. Will be ‘chancing’ you in just a sec.

^^
No I don’t need to be chanced because most universities I have left on my list are all reaches.

haha I see you have had quite a few interviews!
Thanks for chancing me! Here’s my opinion:
-Harvard- reach
-Princeton- reach
-Georgetown- match
-Stanford - reach
-Claremont McKenna - I’m not sure…
-George Washington U - match
-Amherst College- high match
-Vassar - match or maybe safety?
-Colgate - match
-Hamilton - match or safety
-Wesleyan- high match to low reach
-Brown - low reach

bump… I will chance anyone and everyone back.

On first glance, looks like you have great stats and leadership ECs. With amazing teacher recs and essays, I wouldn’t be surprised if you get accepted to many of these schools.

As with all ivy’s, it’s a crap shoot, as we all know. Best of luck.

Hamilton/Colgate/GW-match
Vassar-low match
Brown/GT/Amherst-high match/low reach
Harv/Pton/Stanford-reach

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/816994-chances-will-return.html

well, all I can say is you’re an Ivy student, for sure: GPA is strong, SAT’s are excellent, EC’s are terrific, transcript, hopefully, looks good, recs seem fantastic, and work experience is a huge plus: Here are my chances:

-Harvard: Reasonable Reach
-Princeton: Reasonable Reach
-Georgetown: Match (Great Interview = pretty-sure-fire chance of getting in)
-Stanford: Reasonable Reach
-Claremont McKenna: Match
-George Washington U: In, even for the Honors Program
-Amherst: Reasonable Reach
-Vassar: Low Reach
-Colgate: In
-Hamilton: With that type of interview, In
-Wesleyan: Safety-Match
-Brown: Reasonable Reach

The Ivy’s are reasonable reaches for everyone, haha, but you should go for it.

Hope this helps!! Plz chance back!! (2.0 thread)
