Additional Letter of Rec from Cornell Summer Program professor: Not sure, could be glowingly personal or could be cookie-cutter generic for all students offered a letter of rec from him.

You are clearly qualified to go anywhere. However it becomes a mosaic the school is trying build. Some areas you are above average staitidcslly and some you are not.

Bump, highest ACT is now a 33 and US History SAT II is actually a 680 (not that it will make much difference as I do not plan on submitting either SAT II score).
